Google’s new Ticketing Path to Purchase Research reveals that performing arts fans spend a lot of time online considering their entertainment options. However, they’re not buying tickets to the same degree that they are researching. In this session, Luke Rodehorst, Account Executive at Google, will discuss which digital touch points are most meaningful for performing arts patrons and how your organization can connect with them in a meaningful way.
For six years, Capacity Interactive has surveyed the field to understand how arts organizations are using digital marketing tools. Erik Gensler, President of Capacity Interactive, will highlight the key findings of a survey of close to 200 organizations, so you know how your efforts compare to your peers and the field at large.
9:00am - 9:30am EDT: Networking and light breakfast
9:30am - 10:15am EDT: Google's Digital Path to Purchase Study
10:30am - 12:00pm EDT: The State of Digital for Arts and Cultural Organizations
